In the event that a DEEPARTS.shop product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, DEEPARTS.shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, or for orders in which the total has been calculated incorrectly. DEEPARTS.shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DEEPARTS.shop shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time.We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
3. PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.
Some parts sold by DEEPARTS.shop are high performance and/or racing parts, and in some state/province/country may NOT be used for street or highway use. Please check your state/province/country laws before ordering. The buyer of these parts acknowledges that they will be used in compliance with all state/province/country laws.
4. SPECIAL ORDER/ CUSTOM MADE PARTS
Special order/custom made parts can not be returned. Cancellations are not allowed.
5. SHIPPING
Once the package is shipped out from our warehouse, we are not able to change your shipping address
After the package is shipped out, we will provide you with tracking numbers and it's the customer's responsibility to track the package.
We are not liable either the delayed on the packages or lost packages, stolen packages, or damaged packages. The liability for such falls on the purchaser, or carrier, USPS, FEDEX. UPS etc.
Shipping companies attempt to deliver the package more than 3 times or customers provide the wrong address and can’t be delivered, the packages will be returned to our warehouse. Customers will have to pay the return shipping and shipping fee to deliver again. Special order/custom made parts can not be returned. Cancellations are not allowed.
6. Import Tax
Our store is hosted on Wix.com Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
